  • Advance Payment: A deposit of 25% to 50% of the total project cost is required before we commence any work on your website. This advance payment secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin the design process.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the website design and before the final delivery or launch of the website.

 

Refund Policy

  • No Refund on Advance Payment: Once we start the website design process, the advance payment is non-refundable. This policy is in place because we invest significant time, resources, and effort into your project from the moment we begin.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the project before we have started the design work, a full refund of the advance payment may be considered, depending on the circumstances and any preliminary work already completed.
  • The refund (depending on the circumstances and any preliminary work already completed) process is within 4-5 working days.

Scope and Revisions

  • Scope of Work: Our agreement will outline the scope of the project, including the number of design revisions included. Any changes or additional requests outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.
